Beatriz De Jesus oversees the recruiting process for Litigation Group legal staff across the firm’s east coast offices.

Beatriz handles litigation lateral recruiting for the east coast, the firm’s judicial clerkship recruiting efforts, and three offices’ summer programs. She helps to develop strategies to attract top talent to the firm and works with search firms, law schools, practice group leaders, and other attorneys across the firm to proactively support the legal hiring needs at Fish. She currently serves as co-chair of Lawtinos, the firm’s Hispanic-Latine affinity group.
